DELIVERY POLICY

At Maria Tran Lash Extensions, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Below are our shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times.

1. Switzerland & Liechtenstein

• Standard Shipping: 10.50 CHF
• Express Shipping: 12.50 CHF
• Free Shipping: Orders over 250 CHF
• Estimated Delivery: 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday)

2. International Shipping (EU Region)

• Delivery to Germany, France, Italy, Austria via DHL/DPD
• Shipping Fee: 10.50 CHF – 34.00 CHF (calculated at checkout)
• Estimated Delivery: 3 – 5 business days
• Excludes weekends and public holidays

3. Customer Responsibility & Address Accuracy

• Customers must provide accurate shipping information
• Address cannot be modified after order placement
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Signature (SI) is recommended at checkout
• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages without Signature (SI)

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Products must be unused and unopened
2. Return request within 10 days after delivery
3. Tweezers can be exchanged within 15 days if unused and undamaged
4. Liquid products (including adhesives) are non-returnable

Refund & Shipping

• Refunds processed after inspection at our warehouse
• Shipping and Signature (SI) fees are non-refundable
