At Maria Tran Lash Extensions, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Below are our shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times.

1. Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We offer efficient domestic shipping via Swiss Post to ensure your orders arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping: 10.50 CHF
  • Express Shipping: 12.50 CHF
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all orders over 250 CHF.
  • Estimated Delivery: 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

2. International Shipping (EU Region)

  • We provide international delivery to Germany, France, Italy, and Austria through our trusted partners, DHL and DPD.
  • Standard Shipping: Rates vary from 10.50 CHF to 34.00 CHF (calculated at checkout).- Estimated Delivery: 3 – 5 business days.

Note: Delivery times are based on working days (Monday – Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Customer Responsibility & Address Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information.
  • No Modifications: We CANNOT edit customer addresses in any way once an order is placed.
  • Incorrect Information: Maria Tran Lash Extensions is not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures if an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Signature (SI): We highly recommend using Signature (SI) at checkout.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages if the customer chooses to forego Signature (SI).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Charges: Maria Tran Lash Extensions is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order.
  • Fees: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy allows for returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: Products must be unused and unopened.

2. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days from the date you received your order.

3. Tweezers: We understand that tweezers are personal tools. To ensure you find the perfect pair, all tweezers are eligible for exchange within a 15-day window, provided they have not been dropped and the tips remain intact.

4. Exclusions: Liquid products (including adhesives) cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with your adhesive, please contact our customer service immediately.

5. Refund process and shipping cost

  • Refund Completion: Refunds for returned items will be processed once the products and receipts are received and inspected at the Maria Tran Lash Extensions warehouse.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original Shipping and Signature (SI) costs are strictly non-refundable.
