- Standard Shipping: 10.50 CHF
- Express Shipping: 12.50 CHF
- Free Shipping: Orders over 250 CHF
- Estimated Delivery: 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
2. International Shipping (EU Region)
- Delivery to Germany, France, Italy, Austria via DHL/DPD
- Shipping Fee: 10.50 CHF – 34.00 CHF (calculated at checkout)
- Estimated Delivery: 3 – 5 business days
- Excludes weekends and public holidays
3. Customer Responsibility & Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information
- Address cannot be modified after order placement
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Signature (SI) is recommended at checkout
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages without Signature (SI)
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and unopened
- Return request within 10 days after delivery
- Tweezers can be exchanged within 15 days if unused and undamaged
- Liquid products (including adhesives) are non-returnable
